Richard fixed my roof about 6 months ago when I had a vent pipe come loose and water leaked into our fireplace. About six months later, when we discovered a new leak, I called him and he came right out and fixed it for free. Compared to other roofers I’ve seen in the Vail Valley, he is by far the best! Also, he does a good job of explaining all the details of what is causing the problem and the steps involved to fix it.

Got two other bids and one was wayyyy over priced and the other too busy to follow up. Rich showed up on time for bid appointment and gave me the bid on the spot. He fit me in to his busy schedule and got the work done ahead of schedule and within budget. Stands by his work. Can’t ask for more then that. A++

Learned my lesson the hard way on choosing the wrong roofer. I have a 1/12 pitch with a valley drain and got sold a product that was not going to work. Richard came in, accessed the problem, fixed a problem that would have been a huge issue in the future, installed a better product with a better warranty, AND was more affordable than the first guy. HIGHLY recommend Richard, especially on flat commercial style roofs.

These guys are awesome! First off they came in at a fair price out bidding all local companies in Crested Butte by under 5k per building (6 buildings in all). They kept a clean job site and worked through high winds and adverse conditions and got the job done! Rich the CEO gave us free upgrades of metal valleys and high impact shingles even though it was not covered by insurance. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants the job done right! Richard and his guys were the easiest and most straightforward company I’ve dealt with in the valley. I called another company before finding him and waited weeks for a reply. He answered my calls and emails the same day and scheduled a time to come out. No back and forth.
